Refund policy

ALL RETURNS must be within 7 days from time of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items will only be accepted for exchanges/credit if, they have all original tags and have not been worn or washed. Items will only be eligible if they are delivered back to Macie's Ranch shipping department 7 days after the item was purchased, with the original receipt. We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size if available. 

Shipping charges are non refundable.

All sale items & jewelry are final sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
